Nairobi, Kenya – In a significant step towards improving service delivery in the country, the Kenya School of Government (KSG) and the National Police Service (NPS) have convened a consultative meeting with key stakeholders to discuss strategies for enhancing customer service excellence within the police force.
The initiative follows the launch of the Customer Service Excellence Training for the National Police Service by H.E. President William Ruto on December 13, 2024. The program is designed to equip police officers with essential customer service competencies to enhance their interaction with the public and strengthen trust between law enforcement and citizens.

During the meeting, leaders from the government, development partners, embassies, and private sector institutions deliberated on ways to institutionalize best practices in police service delivery. The goal is to foster professionalism, accountability, and citizen-centered policing.
