UDA Celebrates David Keter ‘Dollarline’ After Emurua Dikirr By-Election Victory

The ruling United Democratic Alliance party has congratulated David Keter, popularly known as “Dollarline,” following his victory in the Emurua Dikirr Constituency by-election, describing the win as a clear demonstration of the confidence and trust that residents have placed in his leadership.

In a congratulatory message released after the announcement of the results, the party hailed the outcome as a major endorsement of its development agenda and grassroots mobilization efforts within the constituency.

UDA stated that the people of Emurua Dikirr had spoken through the ballot by electing a leader they believe will champion their interests, address local challenges, and spearhead meaningful development projects across the constituency.

The party further thanked voters for their overwhelming support, commitment, and faith in the UDA vision, noting that the victory was not only a triumph for David Keter but also a victory for the people who turned out to participate in the democratic process.

According to party officials, the by-election outcome reflects the growing confidence Kenyans continue to have in UDA’s leadership and its promise to improve livelihoods through economic empowerment, infrastructure development, youth opportunities, and better service delivery.

UDA leaders praised residents for conducting themselves peacefully throughout the campaign period and during the voting exercise, saying the peaceful atmosphere demonstrated political maturity and commitment to democracy.

The party also acknowledged the hard work of campaign teams, grassroots supporters, youth mobilizers, and local leaders who worked tirelessly to ensure a successful campaign for Keter.

David Keter’s victory now places him at the center of leadership in Emurua Dikirr, where residents are expected to look up to him to push for transformative projects and represent their concerns effectively in Parliament.

Supporters who celebrated the win expressed optimism that the new leadership would bring renewed focus on development priorities including roads, education, healthcare, employment opportunities for young people, and economic empowerment programs for local communities.

UDA expressed confidence that Keter will use his new position to unite the people of Emurua Dikirr regardless of political affiliation and work closely with both national and local leaders to accelerate development in the area.

The party reiterated that leadership is a responsibility entrusted by the people and urged the newly elected MP to remain focused, accessible, and committed to fulfilling the promises made during the campaign period.
