UDA Celebrates David Keter ‘Dollarline’ After Emurua Dikirr By-Election Victory
The ruling United Democratic Alliance party has congratulated David Keter, popularly known as “Dollarline,” following his victory in the Emurua Dikirr Constituency by-election, describing the win as a clear demonstration of the confidence and trust that residents have placed in his leadership.
