Incoming Mwingi West MP Patrick Kuvasila Attends Wiper NDC at Uhuru Park, Affirms Loyalty to Party Agenda
Nairobi, October 10, 2025 — Incoming Mwingi West Member of Parliament Hon. Patrick Kuvasila made a strong political statement on Thursday by attending the Wiper Democratic Movement’s National Delegates Conference (NDC) held at the historic Uhuru Park grounds in Nairobi.
Kuvasila, a rising figure in Ukambani politics, joined thousands of party delegates, leaders, and supporters in a show of unity and commitment to the Wiper Party's vision ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Speaking briefly on the sidelines of the event, Kuvasila reaffirmed his loyalty to the party and expressed confidence in Wiper’s leadership under party leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
“This is a moment of renewal for our party and our country,” Kuvasila said. “I am here to stand with my party and my people. Wiper is ready to chart the way forward for a more inclusive and just Kenya.”
The NDC, themed "Strengthening Grassroots, Building the Future", focused on internal party reforms, national cohesion, and positioning Wiper as a key player in Kenya’s future leadership. Delegates from all 47 counties were in attendance.
Kuvasila’s presence at the event is being seen as a clear signal of his commitment to the Wiper movement and a consolidation of his political base in Mwingi West and the larger Kitui region.
As the party prepares for 2027, leaders like Kuvasila are expected to play a central role in mobilizing support and shaping Wiper’s national strategy.
The Wiper NDC concluded with a call for unity, peace, and a renewed commitment to service delivery across all levels of government.
