Mwala MP Vincent Kawaya has hailed President William Ruto’s ongoing initiatives to boost small and medium-scale enterprises, citing them as a game-changer in promoting growth, entrepreneurship, and job creation.

Kawaya noted that the government’s move to ease credit terms has opened up greater access to financing for traders, enabling them to expand their businesses and create more opportunities for Kenyans.

He further welcomed the president’s plan to introduce favourable import duties on motorbikes, a step he believes will lower costs, spur economic activity, and create thousands of jobs for young people across the country.
Kawaya joined other leaders in Kilome Constituency for the boda boda empowerment drive, engaging with more than 500 riders drawn from all parts of the constituency. He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting youth empowerment and urged riders to take advantage of the government’s programs to improve their livelihoods.
