Patrick Mbangula Champions Faith, Compassion and Inclusive Leadership During Donholm Church Visit

Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant Hon. Patrick Musili Mbangula has reaffirmed his commitment to compassionate leadership, community service and inclusive development following a fellowship visit to Grace Chapel Fellowship Centre in Donholm. Mbangula was warmly received by the church’s Presiding Bishop and Founder, Dr. Jane King’ori, where he shared a sermon drawn from 2 Kings 4:8–25 under the theme “It’s Alright,” encouraging believers to remain steadfast in faith, hope and trust in God despite life’s challenges. The visit provided an opportunity for spiritual reflection and engagement with the congregation as he continues to outline his vision for Nairobi ahead of the 2027 General Election.

Following the church service, Mbangula joined the congregation in distributing food to less privileged members of the community, underscoring the importance of compassion, generosity and service to humanity. He expressed gratitude to Bishop Dr. Jane King’ori, the church leadership and congregants for their warm reception, prayers and support for his gubernatorial candidature. As he pursues his ambition to lead Nairobi City County, Mbangula says his vision is centred on building a city that promotes inclusivity, expands opportunities, strengthens service delivery and prioritises the welfare of all residents. Under his message, “Nairobi Deserves the Best,” he is positioning his candidature around people-centred leadership and a more compassionate future for the capital.
