 Incoming Mwingi West Mp Eng. Jonathan Ngenga Ndisya, is building his campaign around a vision of practical development and community empowerment. His supporters say residents are increasingly rallying behind his leadership, pointing to initiatives he has undertaken in the constituency even before holding public office.

Through his foundation and community initiatives, Ngenga has supported road grading, provided umbrella shades to women engaged in small businesses and rolled out a poultry empowerment programme aimed at helping households generate income. The Jonathan Ngenga Foundation also runs youth skills programmes offering practical training in areas such as welding, plumbing, electrical installation, automotive engineering and computer studies. 

Ngenga's message to Mwingi West is centred on leadership that delivers practical solutions and creates opportunities for the people.
