INCOMING NAIROBI WOMEN REPRESENTATIVE FLORENCE KILASI JOINS UDA GRASSROOTS ENGAGEMENT AS PARTY ACTIVATES 2027 ELECTION

The Incoming Nairobi Women Representative  Florence kilasi today  joined UDA leaders and elected grassroots officials from across Nairobi in a strategic engagement aimed at strengthening the party’s grassroots structures ahead of the 2027 General Elections. 

The meeting brought together elected UDA Constituency Grassroots Leaders drawn from all 17 constituencies, with the party set to extend the engagements to Ward and Polling Centre officials across the county’s 85 electoral units.
Speaking during the engagement, UDA Secretary General Sen. Hassan Omar Hassan commended the grassroots officials for their continued support of the party and urged them to intensify membership recruitment while communicating the achievements of the UDA administration.

 UDA Executive Director Nicodemus Bore and his deputy Higgins Mbugua called on officials to help fill additional polling-centre positions arising from increased voter registration, while Lands Principal Secretary Nixon Korir urged the leaders to rally support for President William Ruto’s re-election.

 Also present were Dagoretti South MP John Kiarie, George Theuri, party directors and several MCAs led by Waithaka Ward MCA and County Assembly Minority Leader Anthony Kiragu, popularly known as Bishop.
