INCOMING NAIROBI GOVERNOR MBANGULA: NAIROBI NEEDS BETTER LEADERSHIP TO FIX SEWERAGE AND DRAINAGE

Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant Patrick Musili Mbangula has identified leadership, inadequate sewerage systems and poor drainage as key challenges affecting residents across the capital. Mbangula said Nairobi has the potential to function better if its leadership prioritises basic services, proper planning and accountability.

Mbangula said that if elected governor, his administration would prioritise upgrading sewerage and drainage infrastructure while pursuing practical solutions to flooding and blocked drainage systems. 

“The problem facing Nairobi is bad leadership, sewage and drainage. When I take over, I will finish these problems,” His public profile as a former Nairobi MCA and current Kenya Water Institute Governing Council chairperson is documented by Parliament and KEWI.
