Wanja Nyarari Celebrates ‘Three Cousins’ Hustle Turning Dropouts into Job Creators

A powerful story of resilience and determination is emerging from a group of three cousins who have refused to let their academic setbacks define their future. Highlighted by Wanja Nyarari, the trio—each a school dropout at different levels—have come together to build a business aimed at securing a better tomorrow for their families.

United under what they call a shared mission, the cousins have launched M-TAJ Empire Aqua, a small but growing venture focused on creating income and restoring hope. With support from Samach Ventures, the group has managed to set up their operation, proving that opportunity can be created even from the most unlikely beginnings.

Each cousin plays a critical role in the business: one invests the little capital they can  another handles sales, while the third manages distribution. Through teamwork and determination, they are now able to put food on the table, contribute to school fees, and inspire others in their community.
Wanja Nyarari praised the initiative as a bold example of self-reliance, noting that many young people often feel trapped after dropping out of school. She emphasized that the story of the three cousins sends a clear message—that being a dropout is not the end, but rather a turning point that can spark innovation and action.

The cousins themselves say they chose not to wait for sympathy or handouts, but instead took control of their situation. Their message to fellow youth is simple: join hands, start small, and take action. According to them, progress begins with a single step and a willingness to try.

Despite acknowledging challenges within their families, they remain focused on their current goal—building their business and securing a stable future, especially when it comes to education for their children.

Their journey reflects a broader movement of grassroots entrepreneurship, where ordinary citizens are stepping up to transform their lives and communities. As Wanja Nyarari notes, this is how change begins—not in big promises, but in small, consistent actions driven by courage and unity.

From three dropouts to emerging entrepreneurs, the cousins’ story is a reminder that with vision, collaboration, and persistence, it is possible to rewrite one’s destiny.
